About Selah

Selah is located just North of the junction of Highway 12 and Interstate 82, known as the gateway to sunshine experiences. Due to its central location, excellent climate and the proximity of recreational and other opportunities nearby, Selah has a great deal of attraction as a place to visit and enjoy.

Selah is home to 6 nationally known fruit companies including the world famous Tree Top Juice. Agriculture in Selah also includes lavender and wine.

Outdoor recreation is in abundance in the Selah area. There are hiking and biking trails, a connection to the Yakima Greenway, the Yakima River Canyon Scenic Byway and close proximity to White Pass and wildlife viewing areas. The Yakima River is a world renowned for fly fishing.

Sports Tourism is big in Selah. With the warm weather come several sports tournaments for softball and baseball. There are several green areas and fields for soccer and football as well.

Selah was even featured on national television on an episode of Today in America.
